General Information:
Puppies will come with a contract.
Our kennel has the right to:
· To refuse the purchase of a puppy/dog to any customer especially anyone under 20 years of age.
·
To keep ownership of the puppy/dog and registration
certificate until payment is received in full.
· To reserve the order of picks by the order in which deposits are received.
Payment:
· All deposits or payments received by SAAPK are non-refundable. There is a $150 minimum deposit required on all purchases.
No exceptions! If you place a deposit on a puppy and SAAPK is not able to provide a puppy from that litter, your deposit and
any monies paid MAY transfer to another SAAPK breeding, upon the kennel owner's discretion.
· SAAPK accepts Western Union, postal money orders, or certified cashier's checks.
· The customer will be notified via e-mail or telephone that a deposit was received.
Shipping:
· All dogs will be shipped through Continental Airlines. Quality airline approved crates (food/water dish included) are
required and cost between $35.00 and $65.00 depending on the size of the puppy/dog. The cost of the actual shipping of the
puppy/dog will be based on Continental Airlines rates depending on departure and arrival location.
· A health certificate and examination are required before shipping. The cost for the exam and certificate is $50.00
which will be also added to the cost of shipping.
· It is a 2-3 hour drive to a major airport for the Seller and $30 will also be added for gas.
· All shipping costs and deposit must be paid prior to puppy/dog's shipment. No exceptions.
· We may be able to meet you at a determined location, this is done on an individual basis at the kennel
owner's discretion and the cost of gas for the trip will be added to the price.

Breeder
Agreements:
1. All puppies will be registered
through the American Dog Breeder's Association (ADBA).
2. ADBA registration papers will
be filled out after sale is complete and given to buyer to complete by mail.
3. All puppies will come with
a veterinarian health certificate and will be in good health before shipping.
4. All puppies will be current
on vaccinations and will be dewormed prior to shipping and will include a health record.
5. The seller has the right to
take full possession of the dog and its properly signed ADBA transfer papers/registration without compensation if it is believed
the puppy/dog is not suitably cared for.
6. No other
warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated in this contract.

Agreements:
1. Buyer agrees to pay a non-refundable
deposit determined by the breeder. If buyer fails to pay the remainder of the balance or decides not to purchase the puppy,
the deposit will not be returned. Buyer' Initials ______Date: ________
2. Buyer agrees to maintain the
puppy's health with yearly vaccinations as specified by the veterinarian.
3. Should the puppy become ill
or unsound, all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
4. Buyer agrees to keep the puppy
in appropriate weight so as to maximize the puppy/dog's soundness and longevity.
5. Buyer agrees to pay all cost
for shipping and shipping expenses. Shipping also includes an approved crate and health certificate/exam.
6. Buyer agrees that the puppy/dog
will not be used or sold for any illegal purposes.
7. Buyer agrees that SAAPK will
not be responsible for behavior problems due to lack of training, socialization, or mental/physical mistreatment.
8. Buyer agrees that Seller will
not be responsible for loss of animal caused by improper or inappropriate care.
9. Buyer agrees to provide proof
from a licensed veterinarian stating any defects in order to receive an exchange. Buyer has 72 hours from arrival of puppy/dog
to provide a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian stating any problems or defects so that Seller's Veterinarian
may review it. Contact information for the veterinarian should also be provided. After 72 hours SAAPK will not be held responsible
for any problems or defects. SAAPK provides exchanges only. NO CASH REFUNDS. In such event, the customer's exchange will be
from the next available litter. The Buyer will receive the best pick available of equal value and shipping will be at the
cost of the Buyer.
10. No other warranties or guarantees,
expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated in this contract.
